What if I change my mind or want to cancel my order?
Outdoorcity.co.uk does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases Outdoorcity.co.uk will refund the postage costs on receipt of your parcel. If the cost of the return is in excess of £20 you must first obtain permission from our Customer Services department.
 
If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via the post.

For any replacement, we will process your request within 24 hours, however please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.

If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, we will automatically charge the original payment card, unless you supply us with different card details. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card.

How do I return goods?
Contact us via email or by phone customer service number  08702244202. Please have your order reference number available when contacting us.

Your product must be returned with all original documentation and parts that were supplied (e.g. Owners manual). These items will vary according to model. Any items missing on return will be deducted at cost from your refund. All returns must be in excellent condition and be authorised by outdoorcity.co.uk.
